Hi Nagi. Another amazing recipe. Genuinely appreciated the “uncomplicated” version – less of a challenge than wanting to cook inside of a crowded wok. Have made it two times with wonderful outcomes. I cannot attain the smoky flavour that the perfect CKTs have, but as you say, that desires a special types of wok and really significant take in.
